Ordinary Membership

Open to all practicing doctors in Malaysia with an interest in the field Aesthetic Medicine
Requirements:
1. A valid APC
2. A Proposer & A Seconder (Both current MSAM members)

Life Membership

Open only to doctors who have 5 years or more of good standing as an MSAM member

Please ensure that the application form is duly completed and is accompanied by the following::
- Copy of NRIC, current APC and a passport-sized coloured photograph

Membership Fees

Entrance Fee: Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Fifty Only (RM 150)
Annual Fee: Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Only (RM 100)
